PREPAID FUNDS
The following language is a requirement of our payment processor:

All funds paid to Data247 will expire after one year from the date the payment is made. Data247 has been in business since 2010 and has never taken any expired funds from our customers' accounts. But nevertheless, we must reserve the right to do so.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds for unused portions of prepaid balances will be issued upon request. All other refunds will be considered on an individual basis.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE
